BBQ Sauce
- Ketchup 150 Gr
- AppleVinegar 1 spoon
- Worcestershire sauce 1 spoon
- Honey 2 spoons
- Brown sugar 150Gr
- Chilipowder (to flavour)
- Sea salt 1 Spoon
- Black pepper (to flavour)
- Garlic powder 2 teaspoon
- Onion Powder 1 teaspoon
- Ketjap 75 Ml (Soysauce and brownsugar 50/50 as substitute)
Mix everything together. Have a 15 Min of boiling while stirring.
Spread over Ribs and set a small amount aside for coating before grilling or as a sauce.
Can be stored in dark and dry location. No refrigerating needed.
